In the studio

  1. Choose how the agent begins

Have the agent learn develops the story from your product. Give it a prompt lets you describe a specific angle.

  2. Write the goal

For a prompt, name the audience, the product value to focus on and the next step you want to explain.

  3. Let the agent build the scenes

Demo Agent explores the product and prepares the screenshots and narration. Choose a voice when exploration finishes.

  4. Open Review show notes

Read each line beside its screenshot and edit the words directly.

  5. Generate and refine

Watch the preview. Use Edit script for another pass on the narration while keeping the footage.

Ready when The show notes explain the product in the words you want your audience to hear.

Start with a brief, then review the script

There are two ways to begin. Have the agent learn lets Demo Agent explore the product and develop the story. Give it a prompt gives you a place to describe a more specific goal.

The prompt is your direction to the agent. The show notes are the script you review before generation. Keeping those two stages clear makes it easier to decide what to write: describe the audience and outcome in the prompt, then polish the spoken words once the scenes are ready.

You reach the direction screen after choosing a URL, language, audience, any additional pages and access. Choose the length there too: Quick, Standard or Detailed.

A brief template for Give it a prompt

Replace the bracketed fields with the product story you want. Include the details that help the agent choose its route through the product.

Create a video for [audience].
Focus on [feature or product value].
Show how [workflow or capability] helps with [the viewer's goal].
Spend more time on [the most important part].
Finish by explaining [result or next step].

Enter the product URLs in the URL fields. If the feature needs a login, use the logged-in access flow and the feature URL. Put the purpose of the walkthrough in the prompt.

For a named prospect, use Named prospect on the audience screen. You can then add the account's relevant need to the prompt, so the introduction and product story work together.

Three example briefs for Demo Agent

A product introduction

Start with getdemoagent.com, add the how-it-works page, choose General video and use Standard length.

Introduce Demo Agent to a founder who wants a short product video. Explain how it explores a product URL, prepares scenes and narration, and lets the user review the story before generating. Finish with entering a URL to create a first demo.

A personalised sales introduction

Choose Named prospect and enter the recipient's name and company. Use the brief to explain why the product matters to that account.

Explain Demo Agent to a sales leader whose team wants to send more personalised product videos. Focus on the named introduction, the product story and the ability to review the words before generating. Finish by inviting the viewer to try a video for one account.

A feature explanation

Use the product page that explains the feature and choose the length that fits its scope.

Explain how script revisions work in Demo Agent. Focus on reviewing the suggested words beside the captured scenes, editing narration and keeping the existing footage when the words change. Finish with the point at which the user can preview the updated video.

Each brief has a different audience or focus. Choose the one closest to the video you need and adapt the product details.

Review the script alongside the captured scenes

After exploration, click Choose a voice and listen to the samples. Select the voice, then click Review show notes. The show notes pair screenshots with narration, one row per scene.

Read a line while looking at its screenshot. Check that it explains the feature in the terms your audience uses. Edit product names, phrasing and the next step directly in the text field. The scene beside it gives you the context for that edit.

Start with the opening. Does it tell the viewer why this video is worth watching? Then check the action and result scenes. Finish with the final line: tell the viewer what they can do next.

Keep each edit focused on its scene. If the video needs a different feature or a new product story, update the brief and let Demo Agent prepare new show notes.

Preview how the words sound

Click Generate video after editing the show notes. The preview lets you hear the chosen voice with the recording and captions. Listen for product names, account names and sentences that feel too long in speech.

Use Edit script to return to the scene text. Change the lines that need attention and generate the updated version. Demo Agent reuses the recording for narration revisions, so a wording change does not require another browser walkthrough.

Each video includes three narration revisions. Changes to the product URL, access, language or prompt need new show notes and footage. That is the distinction to use when deciding whether to edit the current script or start a new version.

Keep briefs that work for your team

Save a good product-introduction brief, a sales brief and a feature-update brief in your team's own notes. For the next video, change the audience, product focus and ending, then use the matching URLs in Demo Agent.

A prompt template gives the agent a consistent direction while leaving it to explore the product and build the scenes. For account-specific videos, keep names in the audience fields and use the prompt to explain the relevant product value. The sales video guide walks through that setup.

Refining your video

Focus on one feature
Narrow the prompt to one audience and one main product value. Choose Quick or Standard for a more focused introduction.
Change a sentence
Edit that scene in Review show notes. If a preview already exists, use Edit script to return to the same words.
Choose a different story angle
Update the prompt and prepare new show notes. Use narration revisions when the scenes already tell the story you want.
Update the introduction
Check the prospect and company fields for the next version, and review the opening narration before generating. Listen to the name in the preview.
